Lead workplace operations across Americas and Europe, manage onsite NYC office, optimize space utilization using data, oversee vendors and budgets (Opex/Capex), run employee experience and hospitality programs, and develop a high-performing facilities and office operations team.

Manage strategic relationships with acquirers, processors, card schemes, and payment partners. Own vendor contract negotiations, SLAs, performance monitoring, escalations, and remediation. Lead cross-functional initiatives with Product, Compliance, Finance, and Operations. Use analytics to track partner health, transaction performance, and cost efficiency, and drive optimizations and roadmap alignment.

Lead early go-to-market for a stablecoin-powered cross-border settlement product. Drive SMB acquisition and payment volume, run rapid growth experiments, develop repeatable GTM motions, craft product positioning, conduct deep customer discovery, and work cross-functionally to shape product and commercial strategy toward product-market fit.
