Teams at PBS Systems

Provides remote technical and customer support to dealership clients through email, SMS, and phone. Troubleshoots issues using internal documentation and tools, documents interactions and resolutions in Salesforce, escalates complex problems, and collaborates with support teams to improve service delivery. Requires CRM experience, familiarity with dealership operations and automotive tools, strong communication skills, reliable internet, and a distraction-free remote work environment in the Central or Eastern Time Zone.
