Designs and documents outside plant telecommunications networks, including aerial, underground, buried, conduit, fiber, and copper infrastructure. Responsibilities include field validation, constructability reviews, permitting, ROW and joint-use coordination, QA/QC, work-order engineering, project tracking, and maintaining engineering records in Lumen systems. The role coordinates with construction, permitting, utilities, vendors, and project teams to deliver accurate, compliant, construction-ready designs.

Leads growth for Pearce’s EV Charging Services business by expanding strategic accounts, acquiring customers, developing partnerships, shaping commercial strategy, negotiating complex agreements, and closing deals. Manages a small business development team while serving as a player-coach. Partners with Operations, Finance, Legal, and executives on proposals, forecasting, pipeline management, and commercially viable solutions. Requires deep EV and energy infrastructure expertise, senior industry relationships, and 25–50% travel.

Support OSP telecommunications projects by managing pole attachment applications, permitting, and utility coordination from engineering review through final approval. Review work prints and engineering drawings, identify pole ownership, submit and track permits, resolve utility issues, and coordinate with engineering, permitting, construction, and utility teams to ensure timely attachment approvals.
