Guide students through financial aid processes by explaining funding options, evaluating documentation, calculating tuition and aid awards, identifying eligibility requirements, and reviewing changes throughout enrollment. Communicate through phone, email, and messaging platforms while ensuring compliance with Title IV, state, military, VA, and institutional policies. Provide responsive service and meet performance metrics.

Create and manage digital, print, video, and marketing design assets across multiple brands and channels. Lead projects from concept through production, including campaign materials, branding, social content, presentations, video capture, editing, motion graphics, audio, and storyboards. Maintain brand standards, collaborate across teams, manage multiple deadlines, and develop creative concepts aligned with marketing objectives.

Conduct performance analysis, identify training and performance improvement needs, consult with business leaders, facilitate learning labs and instructor-led training, coach managers and advisors, support change management, evaluate training effectiveness, and manage multiple projects. The role also includes call observations, root cause analysis, needs assessments, and developing holistic performance solutions such as courseware, job aids, and other resources.
