Lead and deliver large-scale integrated branded content campaigns across video, photo, print, social-first, and experiential formats. Manage on-set client relationships, guide producers, build budgets and production plans, mitigate risks, and collaborate with sales, creative, and editorial teams. Mentor staff and drive production quality, platform authenticity, and operational efficiency.

Manages event sponsorships for Food & Wine Classic events, supporting sponsor relationships, activations, proposals, acquisition, and onsite execution. Coordinates timelines, logistics, deliverables, and communications across sponsors, sales, marketing, and operations. Develops event marketing programs, responds to RFPs, anticipates client needs, and resolves challenges in a fast-paced environment. The role is hybrid in New York and requires occasional travel, evening and weekend availability, and the ability to move event materials.

The Senior Software Engineer will design and build scalable AI/ML backend systems, develop data pipelines, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ML-driven features while ensuring system performance and documentation.
