Owns day-to-day relationships with a portfolio of healthcare customers using Lightning Bolt Scheduling. Drives product adoption, workflow optimization, customer satisfaction, retention, renewal readiness, and account health. Uses Salesforce, Zendesk, Pendo, and Looker to monitor utilization and identify risks. Resolves escalated service issues, leads improvement initiatives, coordinates with internal teams, supports account planning and renewals, maintains customer documentation, and travels to client sites as needed.

As a Senior Software Engineer at PerfectServe, you'll design, build, and maintain high-quality code for healthcare communication systems, mentoring junior engineers and collaborating across teams to improve patient care and clinical workflows.

Lead and grow a platform engineering team while remaining hands-on with cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, architecture, and automation. Own team hiring, development, prioritization, roadmap planning, reliability improvements, and infrastructure standards. Partner with Platform Operations on observability, AIOps enablement, incident response, security, and SLOs. Guide build-versus-buy decisions, cloud strategy, developer-platform capabilities, and cross-functional technical communication.
