Provides remote technical support for PerkinElmer atomic spectroscopy instruments across North America. Diagnoses complex hardware, software, and application issues; guides customers and field engineers through repairs; identifies root causes, parts, and corrective actions; documents service activity; supports first-time fixes, training, mentoring, technical communications, and operational improvements. Requires expert repair-level experience with atomic spectroscopy platforms, including at least two of AA, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS.

Supports regional commercial performance for the atomic spectroscopy product line. Provides technical and commercial expertise to sales teams, leads competitive responses, localizes product launches, delivers sales training, manages beta programs, gathers market intelligence, supports customer demonstrations and strategic accounts, and feeds regional customer and competitive insights into central product strategy. Requires extensive regional travel and strong scientific instrumentation knowledge.

Lead Automation Engineer for MES and digital systems designing, implementing, validating, and supporting MES/DCS/PLC/SCADA architectures for GMP biologics/pharma facilities. Author URS/FRS/DS, lead validation (FAT/SAT/IQ/OQ/PQ) to GAMP5 and 21 CFR Part 11, integrate ERP/LIMS/CMMS, support commissioning, investigations, and client-facing delivery.
