Coordinate end-to-end hiring operations for Project Farma: liaison between TA, hiring managers, and operations; manage interview scheduling, ATS tracking, offer coordination, pre-hire logistics, reporting, and process improvements to ensure a timely, professional candidate and stakeholder experience.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for Project Farma, partnering with hiring managers and HR to source, screen, and hire exempt and non-exempt talent across the U.S. Deliver high-touch candidate experiences, manage recruiting KPIs and compliance, build passive candidate networks, and support hiring operations and stakeholder communication in a fast-growing life sciences project environment.

Provide onsite lab IT support for Windows-based laboratory computing environments integrated with scientific instruments. Administer desktop hardware, OS, imaging, security (permissions, group policies), and instrument software; manage equipment lifecycle, compliance reporting, validations, and vendor liaison duties while supporting GxP/ISO/FDA-controlled lab environments.
