Develop design options, documentation, BIM Execution Plans, Revit models, and drawing outputs; apply building codes, zoning regulations, and project delivery standards. Coordinate with clients, consultants, engineers, owners, and builders, lead BIM meetings, conduct clash detection, guide junior staff, and manage BIM standards, software deployments, plugins, and project technology workflows across multiple fast-paced projects.

Lead technical delivery for workplace interiors projects: site surveys, code reviews, Revit/BIM modeling, prepare construction documents, coordinate consultants, perform QA/QC and construction administration, mentor junior staff, and support project management from inception through closeout.

Lead project design and technical documentation across all phases, ensuring code compliance and client coordination. Manage BIM processes (Revit, ACC), conduct clash detection (Navisworks), guide rendering and modeling workflows, mentor junior staff, run BIM coordination meetings, and oversee software, plugin deployment, and project deliverables.

Lead architectural projects from vision through construction, manage budgets, contracts, schedules and multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, nurture client relationships, support business development and ensure design excellence and sustainability. Coordinate consultants and contractors and travel for client engagements.
