Lead architectural projects from vision through construction, manage budgets, contracts, schedules and multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, nurture client relationships, support business development and ensure design excellence and sustainability. Coordinate consultants and contractors and travel for client engagements.

Provide first-tier technical support and training for firm design tools and BIM workflows. Install, configure, and test software; create learning materials; assist with BIM content creation and review; support render and fabrication workflows (3D printing/laser cutting); coordinate with IT, vendors, and Design+Technology teams to uphold standards and improve project delivery.
