Process and review vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and corporate card statements; perform data entry and coding in the ERP; run weekly check runs and internal check requests; reconcile vendor statements; manage AP inbox and inquiries; escalate complex issues; and complete ad-hoc analyses and projects.

Lead project design and technical documentation across all phases, ensuring code compliance and client coordination. Manage BIM processes (Revit, ACC), conduct clash detection (Navisworks), guide rendering and modeling workflows, mentor junior staff, run BIM coordination meetings, and oversee software, plugin deployment, and project deliverables.

Lead architectural projects from vision through construction, manage budgets, contracts, schedules and multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, nurture client relationships, support business development and ensure design excellence and sustainability. Coordinate consultants and contractors and travel for client engagements.
