Lead and grow a global Technical Support team, maintain SLAs, triage and resolve complex technical issues, build support processes and tools, collaborate with Product/Engineering, monitor ticket metrics, handle escalations, and implement AI/automation to improve support efficiency.

As a Senior Product Marketing Manager, you'll define and drive the go-to-market strategy, manage positioning, messaging, product launches, and collaborate across teams to enhance execution and insight at Permutive.

Own end-to-end accounting for US and UK entities: monthly/quarterly/annual close, US GAAP financials, ASC 606 revenue recognition, audits, multi-jurisdictional tax and compliance, AP/AR and cash reconciliations, internal controls, ERP/accounting systems ownership, and partnership with FP&A to align reporting.
