Leads the U.S. People strategy and advises senior executives on organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, talent, culture, transformation, and employee experience. Oversees People Business Partner and Talent Acquisition teams, organizational design, succession planning, engagement, hiring execution, workforce analytics, and collaboration with Total Rewards, Employee Relations, Legal, and Compliance. Serves as deputy to the Chief People Officer and drives scalable people processes, systems, and operating models.

Develops and executes commercial strategies that translate enterprise priorities into market, channel, and customer plans. Analyzes performance, consumer insights, market trends, and competition to identify growth opportunities. Builds business cases, optimizes route-to-market strategies and resource allocation, and improves distributor effectiveness. Partners cross-functionally with sales, marketing, finance, insights, national accounts, and field teams to align stakeholders, establish performance frameworks, and drive measurable outcomes.
