Develop templates, playbooks, dashboards, and training to drive adoption and measurable value; partner with Finance and category teams and provide functional/people leadership to deliver procurement impact.

Lead North America talent acquisition strategy, governance, and embedded recruiting enablement. Drive executive and critical-talent searches, assessment excellence, workforce planning, recruiting technology adoption, employer brand, and recruiting KPIs to improve hiring quality and consistency across the business.

Lead marketing data automation and reporting efforts: build and maintain Power BI dashboards, automate reporting, integrate marketing and insights data, support AI data-readiness, and partner with Marketing, Finance, and Insights to deliver actionable analytics for planning and post-event analysis.
