Lead adoption, testing, change management, and value realization for Operations product portfolio (Anaplan, ERP, data warehouse) across North America. Capture affiliate needs, manage incidents between business and support teams, run rollouts and local change activities, support testing, and consolidate metrics to demonstrate product value to S&OP, Production, Procurement, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service stakeholders.

The Data Management Analyst ensures data accuracy and integrity across core systems, supporting order processing, sales reporting, and data quality initiatives through collaboration across teams.

Own and improve the Advertising & Promotional (A&P) finance system and related processes. Partner with Marketing, Sales, Finance, and IT to prioritize enhancements, lead testing and change management, support A&P planning and budgeting, ensure data quality, enable users (budgeting, invoicing, PO, reporting), maintain training/documentation, and align with global taxonomy and best practices.
