Supports apparel technical design from prototype through production, evaluating fit, measurements, construction, and quality. Support New York Womens Design team across Rafaella and Laundry by Shelli Segal by preparing technical packages, flat sketches in Adobe Illustrator, seasonal presentation boards, conducting trend research, collaborating with technical design, merchandising, vendors and overseas offices to deliver commercially viable product on time.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Accessories sourcing team: manage cost sheets and product data (PLM/Excel), coordinate with cross-functional teams and overseas vendors, track orders and delivery schedules, maintain packing instructions, produce margin and PO reports, and help manage sourcing documentation and timelines to ensure on-time delivery and accurate costing.

The HR Manager manages employee relations, performance management, policy compliance, recruitment, onboarding, and training for the New York office, acting as the primary resource for HR functions.
