Support the men's woven shirt design process: prepare tech packs and presentation boards, recolor prints/patterns, revise sketches, perform market research, maintain design references, create inspiration and sales mini-boards, and produce 3D renderings using design software.

The Designer will lead product design for Men's Cut & Sew Knitwear and Sweaters, manage the design process from concept to tech packs, and collaborate cross-functionally.

The Senior Technical Designer ensures garment specs and fit consistency from design through final approval, collaborating with teams to solve fit and construction issues.
