Provide day-to-day IT operations for 50–60 clients, focusing on onboarding/offboarding, tech procurement, ticket response via email/Slack/meetings, documentation maintenance, process improvement, and co-facilitating client security training.

Lead the design and delivery of client and internal training on cybersecurity, AI adoption, and usability. Develop scalable curricula, create original training content, run workshops, mentor staff, collaborate with operations and marketing, and track training outcomes to improve security habits and AI literacy across clients and the team.
