The Finance Manager will manage fund accounting, financial reporting, and improve workflows using AI and automation tools. They will collaborate with the client's finance team and external parties.

Oversee accounting, financial reporting, NAV reviews, capital activity, investor reporting, and operational administration for private credit and alternative investment funds. Review transactions, valuations, reconciliations, financial statements, and complex allocations while ensuring compliance with GAAP, fund documents, and internal controls. Serve as the primary client accounting contact, coordinate with auditors and service providers, improve processes, support fund onboarding and systems initiatives, and mentor fund accounting staff.

Serve as embedded finance controller for a growth equity client, leading fund accounting, quarterly/annual closes, financial statements, NAV and waterfall calculations, capital calls/distributions, audits, tax reporting, and cash forecasting. Partner with internal and external teams to resolve technical accounting issues, improve processes, and implement AI/automation and system enhancements to scale operations.
