Manage treasury operations, high-value transactions, client deadlines, and financial controls within the fund accounting industry. The role requires detailed transaction processing, analytical review, communication with internal teams and external clients, and adaptation to changing priorities. Candidates should have at least three years of operational or financial services experience, proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking applications, and familiarity with treasury management systems such as Kyriba.

Manage credit investment operations, including portfolio, cash, and P&L reconciliations; trade settlement; funding mechanics; transaction support; funds-flow approvals; portfolio booking and reporting; month-end deliverables; audits; and regulatory reporting. The role partners with investment, finance, technology, compliance, tax, and external administrator teams, leads process improvements and automation, maintains data integrity, and serves as an escalation point for complex operational issues.

Supports investor capital activity, shadow accounting, reconciliations, investor reporting, and data integrity for private equity and real estate funds. Processes subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, distributions, and capital calls; reviews investor documentation and statements; prepares management and regulatory reports; and researches discrepancies. Partners with Investor Relations, Fund Accounting, Compliance, Legal, Tax, and Technology teams while identifying opportunities to automate and improve Investor Services processes.
