Provide legal, regulatory, and compliance support across pharmacy and clinic operations, acquisitions, payor contracting, commercial contracts, privacy/HIPAA, corporate governance, and transaction diligence. Advise on multi-state licensing and regulatory risk, manage external counsel, build legal infrastructure, and help operationalize compliant workflows and policies.

Support day-to-day accounting for multi-site pharmacy and clinic operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, location-level financial reporting, cash tracking, and process improvements. Work with finance team on acquisitions, new site launches, and improving controls and close timelines.

Manage benefits, payroll, and compensation strategy for a multi-state workforce. Oversee brokers, open enrollment, payroll processing in Gusto, compliance, salary bands, compensation analysis, profit-sharing, and continuous improvement of total rewards programs while partnering with HR and finance.

Build and maintain dashboards and recurring reports, analyse pharmacy and clinic performance and financials, ensure data quality and consistent metrics, identify trends and underperforming sites, support ad hoc and acquisition analyses, and communicate actionable insights to cross-functional leadership.
