Support day-to-day accounting for multi-site pharmacy and clinic operations: bookkeeping, reconciliations, AP/AR, bank and credit card reconciliations, month-end close, location-level financial reporting, cash tracking, and process improvements. Work with finance team on acquisitions, new site launches, and improving controls and close timelines.

Lead design, launch, and scaling of clinical service lines across rural clinic network. Create standardized care protocols, team-based models, and Collaborative Practice Agreements. Pilot and operationalize programs, define KPIs, ensure clinical quality aligned with CMS and payer metrics, integrate services with EHR, and mentor/recruit providers.

Work directly with the CEO and Chief of Staff to design, pilot, and scale clinical and pharmacy initiatives across rural clinics. Launch and iterate pilots in the field, drive execution, define metrics, create playbooks, coordinate cross-functionally, and deliver measurable revenue and patient experience outcomes.
