Leads customer-facing healthcare IT implementation projects for cardiology informatics solutions from initiation through go-live and transition to support. Manages scope, schedules, budgets, risks, deliverables, resources, stakeholder communications, configuration, testing, training, cutover, and issue resolution. Coordinates Philips and customer teams while supporting clinical workflow alignment, infrastructure readiness, networking, virtual environments, and DICOM/HL7 integrations. Drives customer satisfaction, implementation quality, continuous improvement, and successful delivery outcomes.

Lead Level 3 VUE PACS support experts, resolve complex customer escalations, conduct advanced troubleshooting and root cause analysis, and improve support quality and reliability. Partner with R&D, Service, Sales, and customers to resolve issues. Coach and develop the support team, improve resolution times, reduce unnecessary escalations, strengthen documentation and knowledge sharing, and apply AI tools to diagnostics and product reliability.
