Catalogues and researches Modern and Contemporary Art for auctions, valuations, and private sales. Responsibilities include researching provenance, authenticity, bibliography, and exhibition history; preparing catalogue notes, condition reports, marketing materials, and pricing comparables; coordinating photography and copyright clearance; liaising with art-world experts; supporting property reviews and client interactions; and cultivating collector, dealer, curator, and gallery networks.

Provides professional client service in Phillips galleries, auctions, events, and offices. Responsibilities include greeting clients, handling registrations, payments, artwork transfers, property releases, account updates, inquiries, ticketing, event support, reception coverage, conference room and gallery maintenance, KYC documentation, and client development tasks. Requires evening and weekend availability during auction seasons, strong communication and organizational skills, computer proficiency, and approximately two years of client-service experience.

Support gallery operations at Park Avenue and Southampton: install/deinstall exhibitions, set up auctions and events, perform light carpentry, painting and wall repair, pack and wrap art, manage cabling and lighting, assist AV and event technicians, move/display plinths and cases, and maintain a safe, clean gallery environment.
