Designs and manages Qualtrics in-product intercept surveys, targeting workflows, directories, and data collection. Analyzes user behavior, product performance, and survey feedback; builds dashboards and communicates actionable insights to product, UX, and leadership teams. Collaborates with qualitative researchers, data engineering, and development teams to integrate survey data with behavioral analytics platforms and enable access to behavioral datasets across B2B and B2C products.

Define and lead enterprise-wide AI/ML architecture strategy, standards, governance, reference architectures, and adoption roadmaps. Design scalable architectures for generative AI, LLM applications, RAG, AI agents, MLOps, data platforms, cloud infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications. Lead technology evaluations, architecture reviews, modernization strategies, responsible AI controls, vendor decisions, and transformation programs while advising executives and technical teams.

The Senior UX Designer will create user-centered wireframes, prototypes, and mockups; conduct research and usability testing; use data and AI tools to improve workflows; facilitate design workshops; communicate design decisions to stakeholders; document requirements; and collaborate with engineering on implementation. The role advocates for users, contributes to design standards and frameworks, and delivers intuitive end-to-end experiences.
