Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, North America and other senior leaders: full diary management, complex domestic and international travel coordination, event and meeting logistics, preparing high-stakes briefings, expense/timesheet processing, and cross-regional collaboration with global EA counterparts and partner-company assistants. They serve as the primary point of contact for office-related queries and collaborate on operational improvements with global teams.

Lead development of predictive maintenance systems using computer vision, integrating multiple data sources to optimize equipment life and availability.
