Provide high-level executive support to the Managing Director, North America and other senior leaders: full diary management, complex domestic and international travel coordination, event and meeting logistics, preparing high-stakes briefings, expense/timesheet processing, and cross-regional collaboration with global EA counterparts and partner-company assistants. Act as a thought partner making judgment calls, building stakeholder relationships, and shaping regional executive support processes.

The Senior Forward Deployed Software Engineer will work with customers to build and deploy applications using physics AI models, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices in Python, focusing on impactful solutions for engineering challenges.

Lead regional deployment engineering for PhysicsX, owning end-to-end on-prem and cloud deployments of a Kubernetes-based platform. Serve as Field CTO with executive customer engagement, manage deployment programs, navigate security/compliance, enable platform releases, and hire/scale the deployment team while stepping in hands-on for complex technical challenges.
