Build and own Picnic’s sales operations foundation, including reporting pipelines, Salesforce territory models, account ownership processes, prospecting data, commissions, quotas, automation, and data quality. The role requires strong SQL and Salesforce expertise, experience designing sales operations processes from the ground up, and comfort working independently in an ambiguous, fast-growing environment.

Build and scale high-performance React web applications and React Native mobile apps for real-time logistics operations. Lead frontend architecture, technical design, end-to-end project delivery, reliability and performance improvements, incident response, and debugging. Collaborate with backend and operations teams, make architectural decisions, improve scalability, and mentor engineers.

Architect and scale Picnic’s backend logistics and operations platforms. Responsibilities include writing tested Java and Go code, leading complex backend initiatives, designing APIs and data stores, improving reliability and operational practices, defining technical roadmaps, solving ambiguous system problems, and mentoring engineers. The role collaborates across frontend, mobile, product, data, and operations teams to build large-scale systems supporting real-time logistics and customer-facing experiences.
