Teams at Picnic

Build and ship production frontend and internal systems powering Picnic's delivery and logistics platform. Work on real-time workflows (order batching, routing), improve reliability and observability, own projects end-to-end, collaborate with Product, Design, and Operations, and participate in code reviews to maintain engineering quality.

Own city growth by closing new accounts, expanding existing customers, running local marketing activations, and providing field intelligence to central teams. Map and prioritize office opportunities, manage deals from discovery through onboarding, visit locations to boost volume, shape restaurant selection with local demand signals, and build community through grassroots events and partnerships.

As a Senior/Staff Frontend Engineer, you'll build and scale real-time logistics platforms, design high-performance React applications, and mentor other engineers.
