Manage end-to-end California workers' compensation claims, including complex/high-exposure files. Conduct investigations, determine compensability, set reserves, manage medical and indemnity benefits, control litigation and legal costs, negotiate settlements, and provide excellent service to agents and insureds while mentoring junior adjusters and improving claims processes.

The Staff Business Systems Analyst will manage Salesforce solutions and partner with stakeholders, ensuring effective integration and data flow across multiple platforms while supporting business needs and documentation efforts.

Provide email and phone support to agency partners, handle onboarding/offboarding, assist with CRM and portal configurations, resolve document and commission questions, troubleshoot technical issues with Engineering, identify trends, and support back-office tasks to ensure data alignment and customer success.
