Develops positioning, messaging, integrated campaigns, annual marketing plans, KPIs, and measurement frameworks aligned with business development and growth objectives. Advises senior leaders on market positioning and audience engagement, identifies growth opportunities, and coordinates cross-functional marketing initiatives across the firm.

Leads knowledge management and innovation strategy for transactional legal business units. Oversees multidisciplinary teams, legal technology and AI adoption, process improvement, precedent and knowledge assets, matter intelligence, reporting, and operational transformation. Partners with attorneys, practice leaders, IT, and business services to improve legal workflows, drive adoption, establish quality standards, and deliver measurable efficiency and client-service outcomes across multiple offices.
