Leads PIMCO’s marketing technology and customer lifecycle strategy, including customer data transformation, segmentation, predictive modeling, AI-enabled personalization, content workflows, measurement, attribution, and ROI optimization. Establishes privacy, consent, security, and AI governance while partnering with Marketing, Technology, Legal, Compliance, and distribution teams. Oversees adoption, multidisciplinary teams, vendors, budgets, implementation partners, and enterprise-scale digital transformation across global marketing channels.

Develop and maintain structured products analytics for RMBS, CMBS, and ABS, including prepayment, credit, cash flow, and risk models. Build scalable cloud-based analytics platforms supporting high-performance computation and large-scale data processing. Partner with quantitative researchers and portfolio analytics teams, integrate Intex CMO and mortgage datasets, and contribute to software engineering best practices, testing, governance, security, and production support.

Leads PIMCO’s alternatives income and yield forecasting platform, expanding methodologies for complex investment products and fund structures. Analyzes fund, sector, asset-class, and security-level drivers; investigates variances and anomalies; and provides insights to investment professionals and senior leadership. Partners with technology teams to improve data, automation, reporting, and forecasting infrastructure, leads related projects, oversees vendors, and manages a team. Requires deep alternatives investment, fixed-income accounting, forecasting, analytical, stakeholder-management, and technology expertise.
