The Client Relations Manager will lead client activities for the Americas Retail and Intermediary Business, focusing on maintaining and expanding relationships with existing clients, overseeing the full client lifecycle, and collaborating with internal teams. They will require advanced knowledge across various asset classes and investment vehicles, manage complex sales cycles, and deliver high-touch service throughout the client lifecycle.

Provide support for the Leveraged Loans team, including trade settlement, loan middle office tasks, data management, and performance metrics calculation.

Lead MIM's product strategy and management for the Americas, overseeing product development across public and private markets while ensuring alignment with organizational goals and addressing client needs.
