Serve as a senior technical customer advocate owning onboarding, adoption, and advocacy for enterprise customers. Lead complex technical issues, analyze usage and risk, develop success plans, advise on IAM and cloud architectures, collaborate with Product and Engineering, and drive value realization across the Ping platform. Occasional travel and after-hours coverage required.

Design and develop large-scale Java-based identity management features, implement authentication and identity protocols, collaborate with distributed teams, enable cloud deployments, resolve customer issues, and prioritize security, performance, and testability.

Lead AMER enterprise sales to drive revenue growth by developing go-to-market strategy, managing and coaching large distributed teams, aligning with Product and Marketing, optimizing sales processes and tools, forecasting and planning, building executive customer relationships, and representing the company at industry events.
