Lead global energy production and distribution research covering oil, gas, utilities, transmission, transportation, storage, and data-center energy infrastructure. Produce data-driven reports, market analysis, taxonomies, timely commentary, and industry outlooks for investment and corporate clients. Support client inquiries, due diligence, business development, sales efforts, media requests, and research distribution. Apply AI and proprietary data to develop actionable intelligence and improve research discovery.

Provides operational and administrative support across employee engagement, talent acquisition, onboarding, employee lifecycle processes, and local office initiatives. Coordinates events, communications, recruiting interviews, candidate logistics, HRIS and ATS records, onboarding and offboarding, compliance documentation, employee relations support, and engagement programs. The role partners with People, Facilities, recruiters, office leaders, and employee resource groups while managing multiple priorities and supporting a positive employee experience.

Manage research data products, pipelines, SQL repositories, and methodology implementations across production systems. Partner with Product, Engineering, Data Operations, and analyst teams to deploy tools, improve research workflows, optimize data delivery, and maintain data quality. Communicate methodology changes and project progress to stakeholders while mentoring junior engineers. The role requires strong SQL and Python skills, financial markets knowledge, and the ability to work onsite five days per week.
