Lead architecture and implementation of integrations connecting the platform to EHRs, billing systems, SFTP/data feeds, and partner APIs. Ship production backend systems, design resilient pipelines for messy healthcare data, drive technical standards, collaborate cross-functionally, and mentor engineers while partnering with product and customers to translate ambiguous requirements into executable plans.

Lead and build a new backend-focused Integrations team owning end-to-end connections to EHRs, billing systems, and partner APIs. Act as a player-coach: write code, drive delivery, participate in customer/partner discovery, partner with product, and establish team practices, hiring, and technical direction.

Own product reporting and dashboards for IDR operations (win rates, collections, cash flow). Build BI dashboards, run and track experiments, define standardized metrics, investigate trends, surface root causes, make data-driven recommendations, ensure data integrity, and automate reporting to support Product, Operations, Finance, and Client Success.
