Draft, review, and negotiate high-volume commercial technology agreements (SaaS, data licensing, MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, vendor contracts). Serve as primary legal contact for Sales and Business Development, develop templates and playbooks, manage contract lifecycle using CLM tools, advise on risk, IP, and data privacy, and coordinate with Finance and outside counsel to enable business transactions.

The Corporate Paralegal will manage contracts, corporate compliance, and IP administration, ensuring accuracy and organizational readiness in a tech environment.
