Provide legal leadership for procurement and vendor risk: manage end-to-end contract lifecycle for vendor and commercial agreements (including technology, SaaS, and AI-related contracts), draft templates and playbooks, support third-party risk reviews and regulatory/information-security contractual protections, and partner with Compliance, IT, Finance, HR, and business teams to translate legal requirements and resolve contract issues.

Support global corporate and partnership tax matters including ASC 740 tax provision preparation, forecasting tax expense and cash taxes, coordinating partner reporting and K-1s, working with outside advisors on compliance, documenting tax controls for SOX, managing indirect tax filings, researching technical accounting issues, and leading process improvement projects.

Manage full lifecycle U.S. campus recruitment for internship and full-time programs: partner with hiring managers, build university relationships, run events, coordinate interviews and onboarding, maintain ATS data integrity and reporting, and support orientation and campus recruitment budgeting.

Lead Workday platform initiatives including upgrades, module deployments, configuration, testing, integrations and user support. Manage cross-functional projects, drive adoption, reporting rationalization, platform performance, and platform rollouts across business verticals.

Draft, review and negotiate contracts, coordinate with compliance and corporate functions, interface with clients and external counsel, and support cross-business projects including strategic advisory and restructuring matters.

Support private equity fundraising by managing project logistics, drafting offering memoranda and marketing materials, coordinating roadshows and due diligence, completing LP questionnaires, conducting research and origination, and maintaining client and firm presentation materials for senior partners.

Lead execution of M&A, divestitures, and strategic advisory engagements for power, utilities and renewables clients. Perform valuation and quantitative modeling, financial analysis, due diligence, industry research, prepare client materials, and coordinate with senior management and junior staff. Participate in client meetings and negotiate transaction agreements.

Lead HR operations including payroll, benefits administration, HR systems and reporting. Lead and execute strategic advisory and M&A transactions within Healthcare (focus on Medical Devices, Life Science Tools, Diagnostics). Perform valuation, financial modeling, due diligence, market research, prepare client materials, negotiate agreements, manage deal teams and client relationships.

Provide high-touch administrative support to senior PJT Camberview professionals: manage calendars, schedule meetings, greet clients, arrange travel, prepare meeting materials, process expenses, maintain CRM/Outlook data, handle correspondence and phone lines, and protect confidential information to ensure smooth client-facing operations.

Lead PJT's AI security and risk program: own AI risk framework and policies, evaluate vendors and internal AI deployments, perform AI threat modeling, embed AI security controls, monitor regulation and report to leadership, support audits, and deliver awareness training. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Procurement, and Technology to manage model, data, and third-party AI risks across the firm.

Participate in origination and execution of private capital and equity-linked transactions. Support client-facing work, deal structuring, term sheets, investor relationship management, financial research and analysis, pitch and presentation drafting, market updates, and coordination of complex, time-sensitive processes.

Build, operate, and secure the firm's AI infrastructure and developer tooling to enable Python-based AI applications. Implement Azure AI Foundry, integrate LLM APIs (Anthropic, Azure OpenAI), design data pipelines (ADF, Databricks), manage cloud infrastructure (IaC, Kubernetes), and enforce security, governance, and compliance for regulated financial environments.

Oversee end-to-end technical projects and multiyear Technology Operations initiatives (patching, monitoring, backup). Define scope, create roadmaps, coordinate engineering, security, infrastructure and vendors, manage risks, track milestones, report status, and maintain documentation to ensure delivery aligned with business, security, and compliance objectives.

Work with senior leadership to drive firm-wide AI adoption: study team workflows, identify high-leverage AI use cases, design and deliver training, recruit internal evangelists, evaluate tools/vendors, track adoption, and scale best practices across global offices.
