Support RSSG Partners and COO in sourcing new business by screening distressed companies, performing cash-flow financial modeling, producing company and sector presentations, maintaining databases and market statistics, participating in business development meetings, assisting deal teams with research requests, and supporting budget forecasting and quarterly reporting.

Support senior recruiters across the full lateral hiring lifecycle: sourcing, initial outreach and screening, interview coordination, candidate briefings, pipeline management, offer/onboarding logistics, ATS data integrity, reporting, and process improvement with a focus on financial services talent markets.
