Teams at A Place for Mom

Provide high-level administrative support to three executives, managing complex calendars, travel, meetings, expense reports, confidential information, and onsite logistics. Plan offsites and leadership meetings, lead ad hoc projects, recommend process improvements, and act as a primary contact for internal and external stakeholders.

Lead end-to-end product design for provider-facing workflows, partnering with product, engineering, research, and business stakeholders. Translate complex marketplace and operational requirements into intuitive provider tools, raise design system quality, mentor other designers, and experiment with AI-assisted workflows to accelerate prototyping and decision-making while maintaining trust, accessibility, and product outcomes.

Design and build core LLM platform primitives, safety and observability infrastructure, provider abstraction and evaluation systems, prompt lifecycle and Agent-as-a-Service; collaborate with product teams, document reference implementations, and lead technical standards to enable other engineers to build production AI features.
