Oversee purchasing, vendor strategy, contract negotiations, inventory management, demand forecasting, cost control, financial reporting, and procurement systems across health centers and offices. Lead purchasing staff, monitor vendor performance and inventory accuracy, identify savings opportunities, collaborate with finance and operations, and ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory requirements.

Analyze revenue cycle data, create dashboards and exception reports, identify root causes of denials, model revenue, implement Epic RCM improvements, collaborate with billing/coding/finance and vendors, and present findings to stakeholders.

Lead revenue cycle optimization initiatives, manage vendor and Epic partnerships, analyze trends to reduce denials and improve reimbursement, build reporting/dashboard tools, train staff, ensure payer compliance, and oversee revenue integrity and performance metrics.
