Support and administer IBM Planning Analytics throughout budgeting and forecasting cycles. Troubleshoot user, system, and data issues; manage access, documentation, training, requirements, testing, upgrades, and enhancements. Partner with Finance and technical teams to improve planning processes, automation, reporting, integrations, and data reliability. The role also delivers change requests and supports platform configuration and development.

Lead design, execution, and interpretation of A/B tests and quasi-experiments; apply causal inference methods; partner with product, engineering, and marketing; mentor data scientists; build experimentation frameworks; extract and analyze data using SQL and Python; communicate results to stakeholders.

Lead global finance transformation programs end-to-end: design future operating models, implement ERP/automation/AI initiatives, manage program delivery, drive organizational change, and develop high-performing teams to realize measurable finance improvements.
