Configure the Plenful platform for new customers, lead customer-facing implementations, provide technical support, and manage implementation timelines. Build and improve internal systems and processes supporting company scalability. Manage employee-facing IT operations, including devices, software, access, vendors, and support. Improve Notion-based knowledge management, documentation, governance, and discoverability. Lead cross-functional projects from problem definition through implementation, using technology, automation, and AI to streamline fragmented processes and deliver scalable solutions.

Own end-to-end recruiting for technical roles across engineering, infrastructure, data, and product-adjacent teams. Develop sourcing strategies, assess technical candidates, advise hiring managers, manage candidate experience, improve recruiting processes, monitor pipeline health, and support headcount planning. The role partners closely with engineering, People, and Finance teams in a high-growth startup environment.

Own customer relationships from implementation through retention and expansion. Monitor account health, run usage and ROI analyses, lead business reviews, manage implementations with technical teams, identify expansion opportunities, and set standards for clear customer communication and scalable, data-driven processes.

Supports the CPO by managing calendars, communications, domestic and international travel logistics, meeting materials, product offsites, leadership events, and New York office operations. The role requires strong judgment, discretion with confidential information, cross-functional coordination, excellent communication, and comfort working in a fast-growing environment. The Executive Assistant will also use AI tools to improve research, scheduling, and communication efficiency.

Lead end-to-end product development for healthcare operations AI platform: discovery, roadmap, execution, and commercial outcomes. Translate complex workflows into scalable solutions, define success metrics, build customer feedback loops, ensure HIPAA and regulatory-compliant design, and work closely with engineering, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership.
