Leads the Finance and Accounting Department, overseeing nonprofit accounting, monthly closes, audits, 990 filings, financial reporting, compliance, client implementations, and service delivery. Manages and coaches a six-person team, sets departmental KPIs, owns P&L responsibilities, improves systems and processes, and contributes to company-wide strategy and service-line growth. Provides hands-on financial consulting to complex nonprofit, political, civic, and charitable clients.
