Own training, process consistency, SOP management, and continuous improvement across industrial manufacturing sites. Resolve workflow issues, create training materials, run process experiments and time studies, maintain visual standards, support change management, facilitate Kaizen events, and conduct cross-site audits to ensure consistent execution.

Leads end-to-end manufacturing operations across facilities, including production, quality, throughput, team building, supply chain, procurement, vendor negotiations, inventory planning, site selection, facility expansion, and compliance. Partners with engineering on manufacturability and establishes scalable processes, systems, and operational KPIs for a rapidly growing hardware company.

Supports technical sales conversations for industrial control panel manufacturing by reviewing electrical documentation, translating requirements into quotes, scoping standard builds, and coordinating quote revisions through production handoff. Partners with sales, engineering, operations, customers, and manufacturing teams while helping improve quoting software, processes, and playbooks. Provides technical customer support and shares customer insights with product and engineering teams.

Manage purchase orders and track BOM lines from PO to receipt to ensure on-time delivery for control panel builds. Monitor component demand, flag and expedite at-risk or long-lead items, maintain procurement data in Odoo, support supplier qualification and relationships, and help build procurement processes and supplier scorecards.

The Sales Engineer will translate customer specifications into quotes, partner with engineering on builds, and refine quoting processes. You will also lead calls with customers and act as a technical bridge between teams.

Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing in Odoo and an AI supply chain platform to meet 3-4 week lead times. Forecast demand, issue POs, expedite at-risk items, manage BOM readiness, qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, define procurement KPIs and playbooks, and act as internal product owner for supply chain systems. Build supplier relationships and travel to vendor meetings and conferences.
