The Sales Engineer will translate customer specifications into quotes, partner with engineering on builds, and refine quoting processes. You will also lead calls with customers and act as a technical bridge between teams.

Own full-cycle technical recruiting for software, hardware, controls, manufacturing, and operations. Partner with founders and hiring managers to define roles and interview loops, source candidates proactively, and manage candidate experience. Build talent systems (ATS hygiene, scorecards, structured interviews). Own end-to-end onboarding, employee setup, HR operations, policies, and people programs to scale company culture.

Own end-to-end procurement and purchasing in Odoo and an AI supply chain platform to meet 3-4 week lead times. Forecast demand, issue POs, expedite at-risk items, manage BOM readiness, qualify suppliers, negotiate terms, define procurement KPIs and playbooks, and act as internal product owner for supply chain systems. Build supplier relationships and travel to vendor meetings and conferences.

Lead end-to-end production, supply chain, procurement, and facility expansion for Podium Automation. Build manufacturing processes, recruit and manage operations teams, drive vendor strategy, ensure quality and throughput, and partner with engineering to scale from early production to high-volume operations.
