Build AI-first workflows and agents to automate launch and marketing deliverables, enable Sales across enterprise and product-led motions, and generate customer evidence and measurable pipeline outcomes.

The Sales Compensation Manager will design and manage incentive plans for the sales organization, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company strategy, while collaborating with various departments and providing detailed reporting.

Own PolyAI’s digital and account-based marketing engine, including paid media strategy, agency relationships, ABM tiering and targeting, nurture and webinar programs, content syndication, and high-touch audience strategy. Manage channel budgets, vendors, and campaign performance reporting across segments, presenting recommendations to leadership. Collaborate cross-functionally to scale demand generation and lifecycle marketing programs.
