Support client invoicing, budget tracking, reconciliations and reporting. Maintain financial data in Harvest, Cognos and JDE, resolve discrepancies, assist month-end processes, respond to billing inquiries, and partner with account and senior finance teams on analyses and process improvements.

Drive day-to-day client service and account management for social and digital programs. Coordinate cross-functional teams, manage timelines, budgets and Harvest time entries, and support junior staff. Plan and execute social publishing, community management and influencer coordination. Conduct channel audits, social listening and performance analysis, develop client-facing materials and presentations, and translate data into optimization recommendations to meet campaign KPIs.
