Administers global sales commission processes in Xactly, including plan configuration, participant maintenance, data loading, calculations, validation, reconciliation, reporting, and payouts. Investigates discrepancies, supports payroll and commission inquiries, documents controls, and partners cross-functionally on system enhancements and process improvements. The role also develops AI-enabled workflows and automation to improve commission operations.
