Lead the biomarker program for human cortical recordings, designing studies and statistical analysis plans, analyzing neural time-series data, developing and validating pharmacodynamic biomarkers, and communicating findings to pharmaceutical and biotechnology partners. Build reproducible Python analyses, contribute to regulatory and translational strategies, publish externally, and eventually hire and mentor biomarker scientists.

Leads Precision Neuroscience’s brand and communications strategy, including PR, media relations, internal communications, executive messaging, content creation, agency management, and multimedia oversight. Partners with executive leadership and marketing to shape company positioning, translate complex BCI technology into accessible narratives, strengthen industry visibility, and grow the company’s social media and content presence.

Design and implement front-end and back-end systems for a regulated BCI clinical UX and cloud platform. Build real-time and offline rendering engines for high-frequency physiological data, develop APIs and data models, perform rapid prototyping, follow IEC 62304-compliant SDLC, produce documentation, and support clinical teams (travel up to 10%).
