Leads global digital content operations across websites, mobile apps, and B2B portals. Manages content intake, governance, quality control, CMS and DAM publishing, localization, taxonomy, workflows, SLAs, and contributor relationships. Oversees two Content Specialists, coordinates with creative, product, marketing, agencies, and hotels, and uses performance metrics to improve content quality, efficiency, discoverability, and delivery timelines.

Leads the digital product strategy and delivery for PTG’s consumer websites and mobile app. Owns roadmap, backlog, product discovery, booking, account, loyalty, offers, and redemption experiences. Partners with engineering, UX, marketing, content, CRM, and loyalty teams to deliver accessible, personalized, high-converting experiences. Establishes KPIs, oversees experimentation and analytics, manages release governance, coordinates B2B product priorities, and coaches a B2B Product Owner.

Administers and optimizes loyalty platforms, including configuration, offers, promotions, integrations, monitoring, troubleshooting, testing, and partner onboarding. Supports points tracking, rewards fulfillment, system enhancements, and issue resolution while collaborating with IT, data, marketing, hotels, vendors, and member services. Ensures reliable platform performance, accurate member experiences, and effective communication around updates and disruptions.
