Own revenue forecasting, annual planning, long-range planning, scenario analysis, driver-based financial models, and performance reporting. Own the strategy, architecture, roadmap, governance, and operations of the marketing technology ecosystem. Lead CRM, marketing automation, CDP, analytics, attribution, experimentation, personalization, data integrations, and automation initiatives. Partner with Marketing, Growth, Data, Product, and Engineering leadership; manage vendors, contracts, budgets, implementation, adoption, data quality, and operational risk. Provide technical direction and mentorship while translating complex decisions for executive stakeholders.

Lead full-cycle recruiting for 8–12+ technical requisitions across engineering, AI/ML, data, and product. Develop sourcing strategies, conduct technical screens, manage Greenhouse workflows, coordinate structured interviews, advise hiring leaders, negotiate offers, and provide a high-touch candidate experience. This autonomous six-month contract requires recruiting across seniority levels and geographies, including difficult-to-fill technical roles.
