Lead complex, cross-team software initiatives from design through rollout; architect backend services, improve reliability and observability, guide technical strategy, mentor engineers, and elevate engineering quality. The role emphasizes AI-assisted coding, agentic development workflows, automated guardrails, testing, incident response, and solving ambiguous technical problems across consumer applications and internal tools.

Own Prenuvo’s e-commerce experimentation roadmap across discovery, booking, checkout, and post-purchase experiences. Identify funnel friction, develop hypotheses, design and evaluate A/B tests, build measurement instrumentation, and translate results into product decisions. Partner with Design, Engineering, Analytics, Marketing, E-commerce, Clinical, Legal, Privacy, and Operations while maintaining healthcare-specific standards for trust, privacy, accessibility, and clinical integrity. Establish durable experimentation practices that improve conversion, product selection, booking completion, order value, and repeat purchase.

Build and lead customer-facing eCommerce booking features using React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Own checkout, payments, scheduling, and partner booking flows; improve conversion, accessibility, performance, observability, and reliability. Integrate commerce and third-party services, develop automated tests, support frontend architecture, instrument experiments and analytics, and monitor production outcomes. Collaborate across Product, Design, Marketing, and Backend teams while mentoring junior engineers and contributing to shared components and API contracts.
