Lead hands-on underwriting for new and renewing pharmacy benefit business. Build and evaluate complex pricing models using claims, network pricing, rebates, and deal-specific inputs. Partner with Product, Pricing, Sales, and Finance to assess risk, profitability, and margin sufficiency. Manage concurrent deals, coordinate rebate commitments, and underwrite complex structures. Improve underwriting tools, processes, data quality, and efficiency through automation and AI-enabled capabilities.

Design, build, deploy, and operate backend services, APIs, integrations, and web applications. Own end-to-end features, improve CI/CD and observability, troubleshoot cross-service issues, participate on-call, and collaborate with product and leadership to deliver reliable production systems.

Lead an engineering domain (Consumer, B2B, or Backend), owning technical direction, delivery, system health, architecture, and team development. Translate business needs to technical plans, manage cross-team dependencies, ensure production readiness and incident response, and hire and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, reliable software.
