Build Probook’s infrastructure foundation across agent development, developer tooling, real-time AI products, distributed systems, reliability, observability, and cloud optimization. The role owns infrastructure end to end, including agent sandboxes, evaluation systems, CI/CD, deployment workflows, workflow orchestration, production reliability, and performance. This is a greenfield, in-office role requiring broad technical ownership and close collaboration in a fast-growing startup.

Serve as Probook’s first designer, owning UI/UX across its web app, mobile app, and Chrome extension. Design and ship production frontend code, establish the product’s visual and interaction language, observe customers, translate workflows into product improvements, and collaborate with engineers and founders. The role requires fast, high-quality execution, strong product design judgment, frontend development experience, and comfort working in an early-stage B2B environment.

Own the full post-sale deployment lifecycle for new SaaS customers, including kickoff calls, project planning, stakeholder communication, troubleshooting, user training, adoption, risk management, and handoff to Customer Success. The role requires independently managing concurrent implementations, meeting go-live deadlines, translating technical details for stakeholders, and providing product feedback based on deployment patterns.
