Design and plan enterprise network architectures (VPN, firewalls, BGP, routing/switching, DMZ, load balancing). Lead teams, support project planning, perform system/problem analysis, recommend solutions, coordinate with management and project managers, provide customer support and possibly on-call duties.

Participate in product design reviews; design and execute manual test plans, scenarios, scripts and procedures; document, report, and track software defects; analyze program issues and data discrepancies; plan test schedules; collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure quality.

Design, develop, test, debug, install and maintain in-house applications. Prepare technical specifications, assist project plans, research maintenance issues, lead a programming team through SDLC, support end users (including off-hours), and maintain issue tracking and resolution.
