Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to support performance, retention, and revenue goals. Execute day-to-day account tasks, monitor campaign performance, communicate with partners and internal teams, identify trends, follow processes, and collaborate cross-functionally while building publisher strategy and monetization knowledge.

Lead architecture and technical direction for core Scala/Java systems, drive cross-team delivery, improve reliability and performance, standardize platform patterns and tooling, embed secure-by-design practices, mentor senior engineers, and advance AI-first engineering workflows. Collaborate with global teams and support occasional international travel.

Leads quantitative market research methodology and applied statistics across custom research, tracking studies, behavioral data, and analytics. Advises on study design, sampling, weighting, statistical testing, multivariate analysis, and experimental methods; establishes analytical standards; integrates survey and behavioral data; partners with product and engineering teams; evaluates emerging methodologies; mentors researchers; and represents the company through presentations, training, publications, and industry contributions.
