Manage a portfolio of publisher accounts to support performance, retention, and revenue goals. Execute day-to-day account tasks, monitor campaign performance, communicate with partners and internal teams, identify trends, follow processes, and collaborate cross-functionally while building publisher strategy and monetization knowledge.

Lead a centralized bid support and proposal function within Revenue Operations, overseeing end-to-end proposal delivery, feasibility validation, cross-functional deal support, and onshore/offshore team management. Drive process standardization, automation, CRM tracking, and performance metrics to improve win rates and ensure smooth onboarding and transition to delivery. Serve as escalation point for complex, high-value opportunities and coach teams to maintain quality and efficiency.

Design, implement, and operate scalable backend services in Scala/Java. Improve reliability, performance, and observability. Own features end-to-end, strengthen APIs and data contracts, integrate ML/LLM capabilities safely, enforce testing and engineering standards, mentor peers, and support incident response and deployment readiness.
