Lead analytics for healthcare products by developing end-to-end data models, KPIs, dashboards, funnel and cohort analyses, marketing attribution, and product performance insights. Partner with Product, Marketing, and Member Services to evaluate initiatives, identify trends and risks, and inform strategic decisions. Prepare executive business reviews and communicate data-driven recommendations. Requires advanced SQL, large-dataset analysis, modern analytics environments, AI-enabled workflows, and business intelligence dashboard development.

Lead the IT department’s strategy, roadmap, technical standards, and team. Architect and secure enterprise infrastructure using Microsoft Entra, Defender, Intune, JAMF, Azure, and Microsoft 365. Drive automation through Power Apps, Power Automate, or n8n; govern Teams, SharePoint, and Exchange; support workforce AI adoption; manage compliance controls; oversee vendors; and translate technical risks into executive-level business cases.

The Manager leads programs to enable quality learning, partners with business leaders on LMS solutions, drives engagement, and improves learning experiences.
