The Manager leads programs to enable quality learning, partners with business leaders on LMS solutions, drives engagement, and improves learning experiences.

Manage relationships with fertility clinics, oversee provider onboarding, contracts, credentialing and escalations, and collaborate with Analytics and Member Relations to ensure operational excellence and reporting. Travel ~30% and deliver training, process improvements, and business reviews to optimize provider and member experiences.

Lead FP&A activities including annual budgeting, periodic forecasting, variance analysis, long-range planning, management reporting, and model/dashboard ownership. Partner cross-functionally to deliver insights, support executive and board presentations, and drive improvements in financial processes and data models.
